SUFFS is gonna be on TV, y'all! Words cannot express how excited I am about this. PBS Great Performances is such an incredible asset to us all, and I know I have logged many hours watching the, pardon the redundancy but, great performances that they have such dedication to preserve and make accessible for all. This is checking off a bucket list item for me I didn't even know what there, but I'm just so stoked that our beautiful show will live on, and anyone anywhere can see it. Pinch me.
AND! For those of you in the NYC area or who might be in town, we are having a very special pre-premiere screening at the legendary, historic, and wildly connected to our show Town Hall (if you don't know the history, I encourage you to look it up. Wild.), on Monday, May 4th, at 7:00 PM. There will be much excitement, there will be a panel hosted by my darling pal Philipa Soo with Shaina, Leigh, and Nikki, and there will be a thrilling reunion of OBC members for a very special moment that you're not going to want to miss. So, if you're around, grab a ticket below. I imagine they will go FAST.
SUFFS
2024 was an incredible year! I made my Broadway debut in April at the Music Box Theater with SUFFS, reprising the role of Lucy Burns, which I originated during our Off-Browadway run at the Public Theater in the spring of 2022.
In December of 2024, PBS Great Performances came to film our incredible show and I know I speak for the whole Suffs fam when I say that we cannot wait to share what we've built and loved on for so long with the world at large. Stay tuned for information about when, where, and how to watch the live capture.
And of course, you can rock out to our Grammy-nominated soundtrack wherever you stream your music!
